This policy covers UNIT LLC's board.mn business management system (CRM) and the connected Facebook Page messaging service.
| Data | Source | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Text of messages and comments sent to your Facebook Page | Meta Messenger Platform webhook | To answer the customer's question |
| Page-scoped ID (PSID) — an opaque number created by Facebook | Meta | To keep one conversation together |
| Page name, Page ID and access token | Meta Graph API | To send replies from that Page |
| First and last name of a person who messages the Page, and the name of a person who comments on its posts | Meta Graph API (User Profile API) and the Page webhook | To show the business's staff who wrote, and to name the conversation and the CRM lead |
| The Page's own posts and statistics (post text, reactions, comments, shares, follower counts, daily Page insights) | Meta Graph API | To show the business its own Page statistics |
| A short summary of the conversation, and the interest or contact details the person wrote in it | Generated in board.mn (AI) | To help the business's staff follow up |
| Contact details you give us yourself (phone, email, company name) | Directly from you | Sales follow-up |
The text of an incoming message is sent to an AI language model to draft a reply. We pass the message text, the earlier messages of that same conversation and the business's own product information. A staff member can review the drafted reply, or the Page owner can let it be sent automatically within Messenger's 24-hour window. If asked, the assistant says that it is an AI assistant and offers to connect a staff member. AI also writes the short conversation summary mentioned above. If a business asks board.mn for a marketing plan, its Page statistics and Page Insights are also sent to these AI providers to write the plan. The AI providers we use are DeepSeek and Anthropic (Claude).
All data is stored on UNIT LLC's server (board.mn), hosted in Microsoft Azure. Message text is also sent to the AI providers named in section 2 to draft replies. If a business links its own Telegram chat, board.mn also sends that business's staff an alert with a short excerpt of each new message. We do not sell, rent or pass data to third parties for advertising, and each business sees only the data of the Pages it connected itself.
HTTPS (TLS) in transit, access tokens encrypted at rest in the database, role-restricted access, and daily backups.
