Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete the messages and comments you sent to our Facebook Page, and all related data. Deletion is permanent and free of charge.

How to ask

Email info@unitmind.mn with the subject Data deletion request.
Or send the message "Please delete my data" to our Facebook Page.
We confirm the request within 3 working days and delete everything within 30 days.

If you wrote to us through Facebook we identify you by Facebook's page-scoped ID, so no additional documents are needed.

What gets deleted

All message and comment text
The page-scoped ID (PSID) and the conversation history
Any phone number, email or company name you gave us
AI-drafted reply records
Your first and last name as received from Facebook

What may remain

Accounting records that Mongolian accounting and tax law requires us to keep (contracts, payment documents) remain until that statutory period ends. They are not used for marketing.

If you wrote to another business that uses board.mn

Businesses connect their own Facebook Pages to board.mn. If you messaged or commented on such a Page, ask that business, or email info@unitmind.mn with the Page name and your Facebook name. We confirm within 3 working days and delete the data within 30 days.

For businesses that connected a Page

Disconnect the Page in board.mn → Sales → Connect Messenger (Messenger холбох). Its access token is deleted at once.
Remove the app in Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
Delete leads and conversations in board.mn, or delete your account in Profile settings → Delete account (Бүртгэл устгах).

Disconnecting Facebook access

Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → the app → Remove.
